Little Blackstone is dedicated to the small studio experience, with great design, intelligent and focused direction. Our award winning Toronto animation studio is looking for a 2D Flash Animator for an exciting 2D animated series.
Responsibilities:
- Create high quality 2D Flash animation sequences
- Perform one or more passes of revisions according to client/director notes
- Draw in Flash to create poses for animation sequences
- Understand storytelling as told through Character emotion/movement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Flash Production a must.
- Strong understanding of traditional 2D animation principles
- Must have a strong sense of animation basics, acting, staging, posing and timing
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meet project quotas and deadlines as set by project leads and production schedule.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced production environment and manage time wisely
- Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible/adaptable essential
